Show offers

Two ways to leave ASCA
with video

Both offers hold through December 31, 2026. Register at the booth or leave your details below.
01 SwimClips Coach

First year of software free.

Two-camera systems start at $3,500 in hardware. The software that runs it — recording, TiVo, the full toolkit, unlimited iPads — is free for year one. That's $999 to $2,499 of value depending on how many cameras you run.

Systems purchased by December 31, 2026.
02 Meet referral

Keep 10% of video sales.

Introduce us to your meet director or facility. If it's a fit and we run video at that meet, 10% of sales comes back to you. Nothing to install, nothing to buy, no facility of your own required.

Meet scheduled by December 31, 2026.
03 Bundle · Coach + Meet

We run your first meet with you.

Purchase SwimClips Coach and Meet together and we'll come out to install and run your first meet.

Three recordings,
collapsed into one

Action cameras make you an editor and give you nothing in the moment. An iPhone sees the 20% of a swim you already get with your eyes. Wireless cameras are easy, but they lose connection and each one records on its own. Ours are wired and synchronized frame for frame – what would be 2–4 separate files is one video.

Above and below, together

The start and what it did underwater, same clip.

The full length in one video

Point the cameras down the pool: one continuous swim, no gap at the 25.

Or across the lanes

Point them across instead and you're recording the whole group at once – eight lanes, every rep, each swimmer's video pulled out after.

In the water in 5 minutes. Every iPad on deck connects to the same hub, so a coach can review the last 200 with a swimmer while an assistant watches lane 6 live.

The System

A hard case with a hub, cameras, and mounts. One person gets the cameras in the water and recording in a few minutes. It's wired because pools kill wireless and cameras have to stay in sync.

SwimClips Meet

Every swimmer gets
a broadcast.

Multi-camera race video, produced automatically, personalized for every swimmer in every heat. The system reads your timing console, so it knows every start, every heat, every lane.

Produced race video
Auto switch Multiple angles, above and below water. The system cuts between them on its own, synced to the timing system.
TWO USES WITH ONE INSTALL

The stream is for the meet. The video is what they keep.

Live
Streaming

For everyone who couldn't make the meet– watching the session as it happens.

01Single-angle broadcast of the whole session.
02Lane graphics, event and heat overlays on screen.
03Splits appear live, pulled from the timing console.
04Sent to the destination you choose – your site, YouTube, or a league feed.
After the swim
Race video

The same cameras produce a finished video of every swim, one per swimmer per race. Delivery in <24 hours.

01Multi-angle, above and below water, switched automatically.
02Personalized per swimmer – name, event, heat, lane and splits on the graphics.
03A race library in the app: every swim a swimmer has ever had recorded.
04One-click sharing to family, coaches and recruiters.
No second setup and no second vendor. One install produces both. Streaming is supported today at installed venues with a fixed IP.
Families
The swim they'll still have in ten years.

Full coverage without fighting for position in the stands.

Coaches
Race analysis, not just a result.

Underwater angles of the start, turns and finish, with the heat's splits beside them.

Recruiting
Something to send a college coach.

Real footage of every race instead of a best-time list.

Included with every video
The race, and the numbers behind it.

The full split sheet for the heat, color-coded against the heat median. Who went out too fast, who closed, where your swimmer fell off pace — lap by lap, next to the footage.

Meet economics
The video pays for the system.

Videos sell to parents and swimmers through our platform, typically $0.75–$1.50 per splash. Facilities keep up to 50% of net sales.

Coach + Meet

Buy both and meet day
pays for practice.

Together they are the strongest version of both. One underwater install serves them both, so the second system costs less than it would alone — and the revenue Meet generates on Saturday funds the daily coaching tool. Meet adds its own production software and above-water cameras.
